You may schedule a consultation via my website. Or, you can call me at 972-346-5139, or fill out the contact page and I will try to respond within 24 business hours. After an initial free phone consultation, we can decide how to move forward and hopefully schedule your first session.
WHO DO YOU SEE?

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
I do not contract with insurance at this time. However, out-of-network benefits may cover close to half of the expense of therapy. To utilize this benefit, you will to print the appropriate form from your insurance company’s website, fill out your portion, and I will complete the rest and send it in for you. Please contact your insurer for details and confirmation. I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed, but I can provide a list of questions to ask your insurer so that you can make an informed decision about your investment in therapy.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I have a flat fee of $140 per 50-minute session, whether for individuals, couples, or families.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Each session lasts 50 minutes. Typically clients have 1-2 sessions per week, but the frequency can be adjusted to suit needs and finances. Each client is unique and the work can be tailored to address each individual situation.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Please respect my 24-hour cancellation policy. I value both your time and my own. Since illness and other circumstances do happen, we will address concerns on an individual basis; however, I reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments.
WHAT IF I NEED TO REACH YOU BETWEEN SESSIONS?
I can be contacted by phone and try respond within 24 business hours, and probably even by the end of the business day. Conversations that require more than a brief interaction will be charged as a distance session. You may also email me at lauraflowerslpc@hushmail.com.
